Hi Everyone! For those of you who don't know me, my name is Kendra Carter. I have been serving patients as a Nurse Practitioner in the North Scottsdale area since 2015.
I have a holistic, patient-centered approach to healthcare; focusing on the whole person and tailoring care to my patients' unique needs rather than simply treating the symptoms. My practice emphasizes preventive care, wellness, and the use of integrative health therapies — from nutrition and lifestyle optimization to mental wellness and natural healing.
Tired of conventional healthcare models, I decided to venture out through a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, where I can provide truly individualized care, free from the constraints of insurance. We welcome everyone, regardless of membership status. We do not accept insurance but can provide a Super-Bill. For Medicare patients, please contact the office.
